PrEP Navigation
PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) is a medication regimen for people at risk of HIV, taken to prevent infection through sex or injection drug use. When taken as prescribed, PrEP is highly effective at preventing HIV. ACCT can help with PrEP navigation, including referrals for medical evaluations and assistance programs. Community Outreach
Community Outreach and Prevention conducts street and community-level outreach in Galveston, Brazoria, and Matagorda Counties. ACCT provides NO COST confidential testing for HIV and Syphilis. Participants are provided neutral counseling prior to testing to discuss treatment and or prevention measures available.
