Schedule of Events

8:30 am - Vendor setup begins

9:30 am - Check in & walk registration at Menard Park Band Shell

10:00 - Fair opens to the public

10:30 am - Seawalk starts on the Beach at 27th, heading west to 45th Street and returning on Seawall

11:00 am - Entertainment and fun continue at Menard Park

1:00 pm - Duck Race begins

Important Participation Guidelines

Vendor & Exhibitor Guidelines – Seawalk 2025 To ensure safety and smooth operations, all vendors and exhibitors must follow the guidelines below. Noncompliance may result in removal. All Vendors and Community Organizations: Bring 10'x10' tent, tables needed, up to 2 chairs, and tent leg weights (25 lbs/leg min). Food Trucks & Trailers: Must have Galveston County Health Permit (if required). Bring own power, water, and manage all waste. No grease/wastewater dumping. Community Health Partners (by ACCT invite only): 1 table + 2 chairs provided under covered awning. No tent needed. Setup: Begins 8:00 am; ready by 10:00 am. No vehicles are allowed in the park. Teardown: Must be completed same day after event ends. Booth: Display organization name clearly. Keep area clean and professional. Weather: Rain or shine—prepare for wind, sun, or rain. Insurance: Liability insurance encouraged. ACCT/City of Galveston not responsible for loss or damage. Engagement: Vendors, community organizations, and health partners are encouraged to offer interactive activities or giveaways to engage attendees.
